Heaven-Become
What is this? that comes to mind
all things self-same or is it no-self
in every-self-every-thing? why
am I such a dunce when
it's so easy to just want-want stuff
under this tree: it's as if Mind
is thinking "me" and I am not "knowing"
Earth-World as thing nor as separate:
when all-of-a-sudden we are
all brand new as Heaven-Become
but want-want is Heaven-Become
inside-out making the appearance
of great action when all along the Way
there is the nothing-do of elegant simplicity:
the petals of every flower are enough
of Itself Is rises from Not SWEET
the brown eyes of this passing deer
looking deep into mine maybe nothing-do
is Way of Deer is Way of Cosmos:
everything only this-that-Heaven-Become
SWEET-BAKE the potato of Crazy Wisdom:
why not? says why not save all beings
save everything down through flea to particle
of savory possibility so here is the Yawn
of God saying: do it yourself O Bodhisattva
Heaven-Become SWEET Buddha-Boy
SWEET Jesus-Girl SWEET Krishna-Blue
All-Kinds SWEET Savory-Saving
All-Kinds FLOWERS blossom on God's
Body: look! She dances into New-Cosmos

Tao-Cloud-Mountain
hot-tea-dragon-cup
thus-ness is-Ultimate
sun-soil-water-air
that simply is
forever
the crux-node
upon which
existence-presence builds
growing-thinking-ising
like I called me
scratching the itch
of empty-thought
catching the light
of egret-still
like effortless-algae
place-body-time
shifting into the catch
of disappearing notion
egret-still
ising into the dark
Tao-River-Lake
Sanctuary
Mind-Tao is a sanctuary
a garden
a fountain
a distant woodpecker
and the rhyme of a chickadee
dee-dee-dee
Mind-Tao is also the moon of Li Po
the dance of Rumi
the cottonwood of Thoreau
the wave of ocean on shore
and the silent lure of loving-free
simply-free

outside-inside
the realm of knowing
a root-breath coherence
beyond-within
fractions
of sense and intellect
ungraspable
like a cloud
like a shadow
like a hunch
without definition
intuition-fruition
a root-breath cognition
Tao-as-living-cultivation

walk

work

bleeding-out
new-human

The kingdom of heaven is within you
is the bare-naked awakening
of no-thing out-side
but all-things jumping
through possibility
into here-now
then returning
into now-there
neither of which
is different
or separate
from the other
but always Dark-Light-Enigma
Mother
conjuring birth
loosening transfiguration-dance
in the soon-transparency
of Simply-Is-This-That-Good
Always-Enough

village-gather-wisdom
